You can remove VizWhale's access to your accounts and have your data deleted at any time. Here's how.
Option 1: Delete inside VizWhale
- Sign in to VizWhale.
- Go to Settings → Connected accounts and choose Disconnect next to any account. We stop collecting from it straight away and delete its stored data and access tokens within 30 days.
- To delete everything, go to Settings → Account → Delete my account. This deletes your VizWhale account and all data linked to it within 30 days.
Option 2: Email us
Email support@vizwhale.com with the subject "Data deletion request" from the email address you use for VizWhale. Tell us whether you want one connected account removed or your whole VizWhale account deleted. We'll confirm when it's done, within 30 days.
Option 3: Remove access from Facebook or Instagram
- Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find VizWhale, and select Remove.
- Instagram: go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, find VizWhale, and select Remove.
When you remove VizWhale this way, Meta tells us, and we delete the data we received from that account within 30 days. You can also send us a request using Option 2 to make sure everything is gone.
Option 4: Remove access from Google / YouTube
Go to your Google Account permissions page, select VizWhale, and choose Remove access. We'll stop collecting YouTube data immediately, and any stored YouTube data is deleted within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Profile details, posts, videos and analytics we collected from your connected accounts.
- The access tokens that let VizWhale read your data.
- If you delete your account: your VizWhale account, settings and beta sign-up details.
